Individual focus on each student is a hallmark of the CROSSROADS Training System.  Led by highly qualified experienced trainers, our process differs from conventional training programs with its unique blend of classroom, in-truck, yard and work assignments all conducted in a progressive, enjoyable and respectful environment.

When you contact us, we will invite you to an obligation-free personal pre-acceptance interview with one of our counselors, who will evaluate your situation and make suggestions for your best course of action.  Once eligibility is established, we can assist you with financing, if necessary, and help you complete the next steps, including documentation.

We understand that each of our students has different background, experience, and placement needs,  therefore, the CROSSROADS Training System allows for individual training, as we focus on a career path tailored to your specific requirements.  Our range of programs is designed to put you behind the wheel with a highly marketable set of skills in the shortest time possible.  You may choose our proprietary CROSSROADS "Progression 3 Training System" or in exceptional circumstances, our compressed CROSSROADS Five weeks to pay day program, or other placement opportunities adapted to your particular needs.

As we have established relationships with select major carriers, our counselors are in the position to help you evaluate potential employers and choose the best option.  These companies provide excellent benefits, regular employment, are family oriented, and respect their drivers.  At the successful completion of your course, you will leave the academy with your Commercial Licence, our Lifetime Placement Assistance program and, if in the future, your requirements change, we will help you find another placement that suits you.
